This Self-Assessment Tool is based on the Mural Key Success Factors framewor for S+S ISV Readiness which has helped over 300 companies make the shift to S+S. Wherever you are in the S+S Lifecycle (Investigating, Planning, Building or already In-Market), you will be able to self-assess your activities and capabilities across the following 5 Key Process Areas:

The Self-Assessment process works like this:

• 1After a quick sign-up (name, email address and password) you will be presented with a scorecard for each Key Process Area. On each scorecard, simply indicate which activities are:
  • Not yet started.
  • Currently in progress.
  • Already completed.
  • Not sure of status
• 2If someone else in your organization is more qualified to answer the Activity questions in any Key Process Area, delegate those questions to that person!
• 3View your results and the recommended Activities for your current stage in the S+S ISV lifecycle. You will also be able to access and save a PDF report containing this information.
• 4In addition, we will provide you with a 'To Do List' of Activities so that you are able to manage and track your progress over time.
• 5Get help and learn more about the S+S ISV Readiness Activities and each S+S ISV lifecycle stage by accessing the pool of resources that will be available to you every step of the way.

Track your progress. Your ‘To Do List’ will be saved and available to you when you return. When you start and complete your recommended activities, check them off on your ‘To Do List’ and view your updated results. We will indicate when you are ‘Ready’ to move on to the next S+S lifecycle stage.
